Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Antonio Paravic, a freelance private chef based in Vienna, Austria. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
The Provider offers personal chef services for private events, home dining experiences, and culinary consultations. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3. Booking and Payment
A written or electronic confirmation is required to finalize a booking. A deposit may be required. Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are stated in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations up to 7 days before the scheduled service are free of charge. Later cancellations may be subject to fees up to 100% of the agreed amount.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
5. Liability
The Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from allergic reactions or dietary issues not previously communicated. The customer is responsible for informing the Provider of all dietary restrictions in advance.
The Provider is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, recipes, and texts, is the intellectual property of Antonio Paravic and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without explicit written permission.
7. Data Protection
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
